Designed for mobile robotics,
easy to integrate anywhere
Motion control technology is a key element in robotic applications. That's why our team acquired comprehensive expertise and developed a set of robotics solutions. We specialize in brushless motor controllers and complete actuator systems. Our goal is to provide a reliable plug-and-play solution that speeds up development, simplifies the go-to-market process, and makes scaling up manufacturing seamless.
MA Series High-performance actuators
MA is the series of high-performance advanced actuators integrated with an MD Series brushless motor controllers. The actuators can be applied in a wide range of applications, including mobile robotics, bionic systems, agriculture, aerospace and aviation, research and academia or industrial automation machinery. The actuators are available in a wide range of configurations, including IP66-rated sealed housings for dust and water protection, voltage options with range of 10–60 VDC and support for CAN FD or CANopen communication protocols. Additional features such as auxiliary output encoders, torque sensors or electromagnetic brakes can also be integrated. All actuator parameters can be fully customized to meet specific application requirements.

MA-d Direct Drive Actuators
In the direct drive actuators the motor is directly connected to the load without the use of gears or other mechanical transmission components, which eliminates backlash and allows for precise motion and torque control, providing more accurate, efficient positioning. The design of the actuators is simple and consist of reliable components including a brushless motor and an MD Series controller with an integrated absolute encoder. This simple combination minimizes maintanance requirements and extends actuators lifespan.
The exceptional dynamics and rapid response time makes MA Series well-suited for any application that requires smooth and natural motion, while the lack of backlash and perfect backdrivability ensures consistent and accurate feedback. All MA-d actuators are also available in a hollow shaft versions.

MA-p Planetary Actuators
MA-p is a series of robotic actuators that utilize a brushless motor, a planetary gear reducer and the MD series controller with an integrated absolute encoder. Versions with various reduction ratios are available, each offering high dynamics, high torque density and good backdrivability. Additionally, MA-p is a good choice for a high-performance, yet cost-effective solution. Applications that require durability, reliable work, ability to handle repetitive stresses while keeping smooth operation and compact design will tap into MA-p actuators series.

MA-h Harmonic Actuators
MA-h is a series of robotic actuators that utilize a brushless motor, a harmonic reducer and the MD series controller with an integrated absolute encoder. This design ensures precise positioning and repeatability with zero backlash, making it ideal for the most demanding applications requiring sharp precision and high torque density. The characteristics of the actuators allows them to manage demanding loads, while the high durability of a harmonic reducer extends actuator's lifespan, providing outstanding capabilities in a lightweight compact form.

MA-hs Hollow Shaft Actuators
MA-hs is a hollow shaft actuator, also known as a through-hole actuator, which features a central hollow passage running through its shaft to allow the routing of cables, hoses, or other components through the actuator. Thanks to the feature cables do not restrict the actuator's range of motion. This design provides several advantages, including space efficiency and simplified integration, and minimizes clutter and wear on external connections.
The design of the actuator solves a number of challenges to provide sufficient space in the center of the actuator. The brushless motor and mechanical reducer are specifically designed for this purpose. The sealings are more advanced to protect the increased number of mechanical connections. Additionally, off-axis encoders are used for both motor commutation and output shaft position measurements. Such a setup allows MA-hs to be a nicely integrated module with high torque density.
